Kristen is a dedicated Florida educator with 27 years of teaching experience, all within Collier County Public Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Special Education and has experience supporting students with a wide range of academic and learning needs.
Throughout her career, Kristen has taught and supported students from kindergarten through 5th grade, including serving as an inclusion teacher and teaching 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. She has also provided tutoring to students across all elementary grade levels. Kristen has experience working with children with autism and other diverse learning needs, using individualized strategies to help each child feel successful and supported.
Kristen believes every child can learn and succeed when instruction is personalized to meet their individual needs. She strives to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to grow. Her goal is to help students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence, and develop a positive attitude toward learning.
